You are playing an active role the implementation of the Great Green Wall Initiative, and the development of innovative solutions for the region, UNCCD and the Desertech partners are inviting you to apply for the DeserTech Innovation Leaders for the Great Green Wall.

The DeserTech Innovation Leaders for the Great Green Wall is the first-of-its-kind 5 months program bringing together innovation leaders of 11 countries of the Great Green Wall (GGW) to work together to tackle desert-related challenges and design innovative projects using desert-technologies.

What does the GGW program offer?

§  training sessions to identify your country’s/region’s desert-related needs and challenges

§  hands-on experience in engaging with tech companies and POC design

§  a 4-day Implementation seminar in the Negev desert of Israel

§  ongoing support in project proposal design
